Return Policy
Please take into consideration that By Collier is a small business, and returns are costly for us. Because of this, we maintain a strict return policy — please read carefully to understand the terms before purchasing.
Return Request Window
All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, submit a request through the contact page on our website and include your order number in the designated field. It may take 3–5 business days to receive a response regarding your request.
Return Shipping
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid USPS shipping label. The original shipping box must be used to return the product. By Collier gift boxes may not be used as the shipping box.
Restocking Fee
- Orders over $200: A $35 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Orders under $200: A $20 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Condition of Items
Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging with all tags attached. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Final Sale Items
Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
