Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after purchase. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Information
Standard shipping is free on all orders. All orders ship via FedEx or UPS. Domestic U.S. orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days once shipped. At this time, By Collier ships only within the United States. If you need your item(s) sooner, please select the expedited shipping option at checkout. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
By Collier is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues with the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at collier@bycollier.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damage.
